myLot began with a simple belief: planning should be simpler, for everyone.
Instead of being a bottleneck with increasing calls to reduce red tape, we believed planning could be made much simpler by applying the latest AI technology to it.
Working with our early council partners, we co-developed myLot’s planning enquiries service...
...reducing the admin burden on planning teams, improving customer experience and helping residents get answers faster.
Next, we built a rapid assessment platform to power planning teams in a way that technology hasn’t before.
From our first pilot in 2022 to serving councils across Australia, our mission is the same – making our regulatory environment a positive enabling force for our future.
